Very poor customer service. Placed an order for several items, then realized I forgot to add screens. Placed a 2nd order for a pack of 6 screens (which would cost a postage stamp to mail, but they charge $8 for Priority Mail shipping) a few minutes later. I e-mailed them asking if they could combine the two orders (the screens would have taken up negligible amount of space in the first order package). They took weeks to respond and declined my simple request. This after spending many hundreds of dollars on a Volcano Hybrid, a Mighty, and a bunch of accessories. Their products are good but they have the worst customer service.

Absolute disgusting customer service plus I've had my crafty plus replaced 3 or 4 times lost count now how many times but everyone has been a problem to communicate with them plus these products have all lasted 3 months at most they refuse to give refunds even now dont go near this ignorant company with over priced products that last 3 month very angry customer here 10 days after the start of this carry on I get told of a storz-bickel employee they can only hope I receive my replacement so instead of giving me a refund they take a gamble I get my product this isn't a gamble storz-bickel this is my cash your gambling absolute fool snow this is 3 maybe 4 weeks on and I've still not received my parcel from this German robbing company using brexit as an excuse well I've had 3 separate parcels from France that took under a week so storz-bickel are nothing but robbers that to care about customers that much they ignore complaints and ignore refund requests plus there products last no more than 3 months gives my money bak now and now storz-bickel have just blocked me from all contact that shows yous when they want to con yous this is what they do 6 weeks on still no replacement still nor refund stay well clear I'll keep yous up to date on the crap they do next

Great products, Fast Shipped and Delivered.

Just received my order, the Gold Vulcano classic. The whole order process was smooth from start to finish. I received a good portion of updates along the way and didn't experience anything negative as others have complained about ¯\_(ツ)_/¯.

Dishonest and sketchy

This company had the audacity to ignore all of my emails when I alerted them that they had shipped me a broken product. Months later, and nothing was rectified. They will steal your money and not make good on any sort of customer service. I even bought this product directly through them and not through a third-party retailer. I know that I am not the only person with these sorts of issues. You can happily refer to their social media pages for more anecdotal evidence.

Like almost every other review on here.. TERRRRIBLE customer service or really non existent as some say as you never hear from ANYONE, just generic emails back. If you need to buy their product, find and buy it elsewhere as I did with Cream City Vapes

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I understand why it is illegal for companies to monopolize a product. I purchased what I was told was the best vape for my needs the mighty vape, after several weeks of NO COMMUNICATION I finally received an email saying my items had shipped. It was another 2-3 weeks for delivery. This is totally unacceptable for any company let alone a large company like Storz Bickel. Unfortunately i didn’t learn from my mistake and i ordered from Storz Bickel AGAIN because none of the parts and accessories are available any where else. It’s been 2 weeks and still NOTHING from Storx Bickel. DO NOT ORDER FROM STORZ BICKEL

Received a dead on arrival product and…

Received a dead on arrival product and they refused to give me money back yet they had time to post on social media rather than rectify the issue

Placed almost a month ago. Has not even been shipped. Covid is not an excuse. You lazy troglodytes just refuse to do any work. I would like my money back, but two weeks ago when I emailed them, they simply did not respond. This is illegal. S&B blows. I’ve emailed four times since and no one has even bothered to respond. I will never order anything from you fools again.

Customer service is non-existent

Customer service is non-existent! I placed an order and got an email stating the order was received, with an order #. A few days later I tried to contact them for shipping info. No response via email. Tried reaching out to Canopy Growth (new owners), no proper response. Tried calling the Oakland, CA store, went straight to a voice message using COVID as an excuse for not getting back to customers in a timely manner. I left two messages within two days, still no response. So basically I paid for a Might vaporizer that I may never get. NOT HAPPY!!!!

Non-existent customer service

Ordered replacement o ring set for the mighty on 4/22. Still haven’t received an email saying they processed my order. Have sent 4-5 emails with no response from anyone. Placed an order for the same o ring set through vapor.com yesterday, and already received tracking and will have it in 1-2 days. Save yourself the headache and purchase any of their products from other vendors.

Horrible Customer Support/Service

This company has the worse customer service in existence!!! It takes them days to respond to emails the only way of contacting them/bots. I bought a crafty+ in Feb2021 and the battery is defective. The only thing they do is send me around and around. Would never do business with them again!!

Don't know about their costumer service…

Don't know about their costumer service yet their products of the highest quality.
TI use their grinders and vaporizers and they cannot be matched by any other company.

Worst customer serivce

I own both the volcano classic, and the crafty+. Great products, but customer service is terrible! They are very rude and ignore emails. It is a struggle to get ahold of them time and time again.
Recommend you buy from retailers instead.
